Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, save information in your browser. The UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) apply to storing or accessing information on your device; UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 also apply where personal data is processed.

What this website uses

We currently do not enable optional analytics or advertising cookies in this website. Accepting optional cookies does not currently activate any tracking service.

Cookie preference — ltw-cookie-preferences

First-party local storage, not a cookie. It records whether you selected essential cookies only, accepted optional cookies or rejected them, the date of your choice and the policy version. It does not store your name, email address or enquiry details.

Purpose and duration

This essential preference is used only to remember your decision. Your choice expires after 180 days, when we ask again. The saved entry is replaced when you make a new choice; you can remove it at any time through your browser settings.

Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under PECR. Our website hosting and security services may also use essential technologies to deliver and protect the site. This policy describes storage controlled by this website; it does not cover the editor or preview platform.

Your choices

Optional cookies are off by default. Select “Essential cookies only” to keep only necessary storage enabled. You can also accept or reject optional cookies in the banner. Essential storage stays enabled for every choice; selecting essential only or rejecting optional cookies has no effect on your ability to browse, submit an enquiry or share a review. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer or below.

You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser’s privacy settings. If you clear our saved preference or your browser cannot store it, the banner may appear again. Blocking essential storage may affect some website functions.

Enquiries and personal data

Your enquiry and review details are submitted when you send the relevant form; they are not saved in the cookie-preference entry. For information about the personal data we collect, lawful bases and your data-protection rights, read our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy if our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. Any future non-essential services must remain disabled until the relevant consent has been obtained; a materially different purpose requires a new choice.
