Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every booking made with White Wedding Taxi Hire, trading as London Taxi Weddings (www.londontaxiweddings.co.uk). By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or travelling with us, you accept these terms.

Enquiries and booking requests made through this website, by phone, or by email are provisional until we confirm your date, vehicle, times, and price in writing. A booking is only secured once your deposit is received.

Please check your written confirmation carefully and let us know promptly if anything is wrong. Details such as pick-up addresses, times, and venue changes can usually be adjusted with reasonable notice.

We will hold your requested date for a reasonable time after your enquiry, but dates remain open to other customers until a deposit is paid.

Deposits and balances are agreed with you at the time of booking. The balance is due before the day of travel, in line with your confirmation.

We accept bank transfer and other payment methods agreed in writing. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has cleared.

You may cancel your booking at any time by contacting us in writing (email is fine). Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve the vehicle and driver exclusively for you and your date.

If you need to change your date, we will always try to accommodate you, subject to availability. Where a new date cannot be agreed, the standard cancellation terms apply.

In the rare event that we must cancel (for example, vehicle breakdown or driver illness), we will give you as much notice as possible, refund any payment you have made in full, and help you find alternative transport wherever we can.

We plan generous time for every journey and aim to arrive well before the agreed pick-up time. London traffic and road closures can cause delays, but we will always do our utmost to keep your day on schedule.

Please make sure that everyone in your party is ready at the agreed pick-up time. Waiting beyond a reasonable allowance (usually 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed) may attract an additional charge or, in exceptional cases, affect the rest of your itinerary.

The person who made the booking is responsible for the conduct of their party. We reserve the right to end a journey early, without refund, if passengers behave in a way that endangers the driver, the passengers, or the vehicle, or if there is illegal or abusive behaviour.

Our taxis arrive immaculate and are treated with great care by our customers — and we ask the same of your party. Please avoid anything that could mark or damage the interior or exterior, and take care with confetti, food, drink, and wedding attire.

Any damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers will be charged for at the cost of repair or professional cleaning, including any time the vehicle is off the road.

Each vehicle has a stated passenger capacity, which must not be exceeded for insurance reasons. Children must be accompanied and, where required by law, use an appropriate child seat or restraint — please tell us in advance so we can advise.

Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is moving, as required by law.

We carry full insurance as required for licensed taxi hire. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the price paid for that booking, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Please take personal belongings with you when you leave the vehicle. We cannot accept responsibility for items left behind, although we will always try to reunite you with anything found.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, or other events outside our influence.

When you send an enquiry through this website, we use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your booking. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Content submitted through the reviews form is moderated before publication; by sending it you allow us to publish it on this site with your first name and general location.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
